2. Shipping, Delivery Protocols & Risk Allocation

We operate an internal logistics system designed to supervise the sorting, packing, and dispatch procedures directly from our controlled inventory points. We do not utilize external intermediaries or third-party drop-shipping models, ensuring continuous quality oversight before shipment.

Regional Logistics & Transit Windows: Our primary target market is the European region. To ensure timely and trackable transportation, we collaborate exclusively with premium regional transit networks and international express carriers, including priority services from DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority Services). The standard delivery timeline across Europe spans between six (6) and twelve (12) working days from the formal date of dispatch.

3. EU Consumer Protection, Returns & Refunds

The customer is not required to physically return the damaged item back to our facilities; the digital verification is sufficient to finalize the file.
